About SRMC Secondary

The Srinivasa Ramanujan Mathematics Competition (SRMC) Secondary is a national-level mathematics competition created specifically for secondary school students aged 13 to 17.

Named after the legendary Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan, this competition aims to discover, nurture and celebrate mathematical talent among young minds across Malaysia and beyond.

Students are placed into five age-based categories so that every participant competes fairly against peers of the same age. The competition follows a clear four-tier pathway: School → District → State → National Grand Final.

Every student who registers receives a unique Student ID and an official certificate of participation. Top performers advance automatically and compete for prestigious Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze awards at the national stage.
