So the first reply can help rather than ask for more, tell us in the first message:

• the student’s full name and Student ID;
• which programme and round it is about — SRMC, AKSC or SSD Club;
• what happened, and roughly when. If a screen showed you a message, a photograph of it helps more than anything else.

Never send us a password. Nobody at SSD will ever ask you for one, and we cannot read a student’s password even if we wanted to.

If a power cut, a dropped connection or a fault on our side interrupted a paper, message us straight away with the student’s name and ID. Do not try to start again. If the round is still open we can deal a fresh paper; if it has closed, tell us anyway.
